Are you okay?

When he walked into the room, it seemed that he grabbed the table in order to not completely collapse. Are you okay? Up until that point he had no idea that the burdens he was bearing were utterly apparent to the world.

Are you okay? Actually, no. And suddenly he had permission to share some of the load he was carrying in his spirit.

Are you okay? On the one hand, it is simply about paying attention.

Are you okay? It is also an opportunity to be known and to be in community.

The conversation that unfolded didn't solve any looming world problems but it someone lightened the load.
