Signs, signs, everywhere signs

In the Canadian town of Listowel, they are calling it a sign war. According to BBC, it began when Speedy Glass threw down the gauntlet, 'Hey DQ wanna have a sign war?' DQ obliged, 'You bet your glass we do.'

Corley Sports chimed right in, 'Add us to the sign war because we're good sports.'

Not to be silenced, Eaton Funeral Home posted, 'Sign war with us? Grave mistake!'

The Auto and Pet Wash issued their own warning, 'Hey Speedy and DQ keep it clean or we may run you thru the wash!'

'Let's be fair' the Agricultural Society begged, 'We'll eventually join in but we're outstanding in our fields right now.'

As for the Presbyterian Church about the sign wars, 'Hey DQ our Sundays are the best.'

And from the North Perth Fire Department, 'Hey Speedy Glass and DQ if this thing gets any hotter we'll be ready with hoses and water.'
